Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment options.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we provide Pan-India shipping.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond our control and are not included in the estimated timeline.
Please ensure you provide a valid Indian mobile number at checkout.
We do not offer express shipping at this time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) and other secure online payment methods.
How will I know if my order is confirmed?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email on your registered email address.
When and how can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email.
You can track your parcel by clicking on the provided tracking link.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
A continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery.
- If the same product is in stock, a replacement will be issued.
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be processed as per policy.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit or an incorrect item is delivered.
Due to hygiene reasons and the exclusive nature of our jewellery, returns based on personal preference, usage, or change of mind are not accepted.
What happens if my order is returned due to non-delivery?
If an order is returned due to customer unavailability, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or non-reachability on the registered contact number, reshipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Once the package is received by us and reshipping charges are paid, the order will be reshipped.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
Can I cancel my order?
No. Once an order is placed, cancellation is not possible under any circumstances.
Are the colours and sizes shown in photos/videos accurate?
We make every effort to display accurate colours and sizes. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or viewing angles.
Are your products anti-tarnish?
Our jewellery is crafted with durable finishes; however, we do not guarantee complete anti-tarnish performance.
The longevity of the product depends on usage, care, storage, and environmental factors.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our jewellery is made using alloy, brass, copper, or iron bases, coated with matte or imitation gold finishes.
None of the products sold on our website are real gold, real silver, or one-gram gold jewellery.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Avoid contact with water, perfumes, sweat, and chemicals.
Gently wipe after use and store in a dry, airtight box to maintain longevity.
