Refund policy

At YDORYA, every jewellery piece is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Important Notice

Customers are required to record a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product:

  • Is damaged during transit, or

  • Has a verified manufacturing defect

Due to hygiene considerations and the exclusive nature of our designs—crafted individually for each customer—returns based on personal preference, change of mind, or product usage are strictly not accepted.

Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images along with the complete unboxing video

Requests received after 24 hours or without proper evidence will not be processed.

Resolution Process

  • Upon verification, we will replace the same product wherever stock is available.

  • If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–12 business days after approval.

Please Note

The following are not considered manufacturing defects or damages:

  • Earring back stems that may arrive slightly bent due to transit; these can be gently straightened manually.

  • Stones or beads that become loose or detached, as they can typically be fixed with simple adjustments.

  • Minor design or finish variations between production batches, including slight differences in necklaces or earrings. These variations are inherent to the handcrafted and manufacturing process and do not affect product quality.

YDORYA reserves the right to approve or reject any return, replacement, or refund request after inspection and verification.
